How can I add someone else to my account?

You tell us their name and date of birth and we take care of it.


When you join online you can only add one name to your account. That's because we all like nice, simple forms. 

We can easily add additional names to your account though. Just drop us an email or a message via our website (look for the little icon that floats on the bottom right of every screen) and we'll take care of it for you.

We'll need the additional person's name and date of birth please.

Date of birth is used as a security challenge when customers call, as we want only you and your other authorised person(s) to be able to access your account.
