When you search for a plan and join online, the prices displayed on the right of the screen (or bottom of the screen on a mobile) are our 'Anytime' rates. Some retailers call these 'peak only'.
We show Anytime rates because (a) we want to show real prices rather than made-up discount percentages that mean nothing, and (b) because we need to know how your meter is configured before we can show you the exact rates for the type of tariff you're currently on.
When you join we'll match your details in the industry operator's system. That will tell us the type of meter set up you have. We'll then make sure you get set up on the same type.
