MyAccount - Log In Troubleshooting Guide

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues logging into MyAccount. Our team has identified that the issue is related to third-party cookies being blocked.

In the meantime, we've put together some instructions to help you unblock third-party cookies for different browsers and devices, which we hope will help you to access MyAccount.

Here are some instructions on how to unblock them on various devices and browsers:

iPhone or iPad

 

  1. Open Settings and click on Safari.
  2. Under Privacy & Security, toggle off the switch for "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking."

 

Android

 

Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome and click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on Site Settings.
  4. Click on Cookies.
  5. Toggle on the switch for "Allow third-party cookies."

Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox and click on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on Privacy.
  4. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, click on "Custom."
  5. Toggle off the switch for "Cookies."

 

Windows

 

Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome and click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on Privacy and Security in the left sidebar.
  4. Click on Cookies and other site data.
  5. Toggle off the switch for "Block third-party cookies."

Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox and click on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner.
  2. Click on Options.
  3. Click on Privacy & Security in the left sidebar.
  4. Under Cookies and Site Data, uncheck the box that says "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed."
  5. Under History, select "Use custom settings for history."
  6. Under Accept third-party cookies, select "Always."

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Edge and click on the three horizontal dots in the top right corner.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on Cookies and site permissions.
  4. Click on Cookies and toggle on the switch for "Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)."
  5. Toggle off the switch for "Block third-party cookies."

 

Mac

 

Safari:

  1. Open Safari and click on Safari in the top left corner.
  2. Click on Preferences.
  3. Click on Privacy.
  4. Uncheck the box that says "Prevent cross-site tracking."

Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome and click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on Privacy and Security in the left sidebar.
  4. Click on Cookies and other site data.
  5. Toggle off the switch for "Block third-party cookies."

Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox and click on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner.
  2. Click on Options.
  3. Click on Privacy & Security in the left sidebar.
