I have an estimated bill; can I submit a Self-Meter Read instead?

If you receive an estimated bill, you can request an adjustment by submitting a self-reading using the form below:

How to read your gas meter:

  • Metric Meter: Record the numbers from left to right. Example reading: 2932.

  • Dial (Imperial) Meter: Record each dial's number from left to right. If a pointer falls between two numbers, record the lower number. Example reading: 3032.

What you need to do:

  1. Take a clear photo: Ensure the photo clearly includes the meter number and current reading.
  2. Proof of date: Make sure the image includes the date, either by having a newspaper, receipt, or through the image properties.
  3. Submit the photo and your details: Use this form to upload your photo and submit your reading.
  4. Receive confirmation: You will receive an email from our customer care team shortly after submission.
  5. Bill update: Your bill will be updated, and a new one will be sent to you. You will have 14 days to make the payment.
